Walking Blog for Self Improvement


It's not a blog that walks by itself. It's about blogging the thoughts that pop up during your long, meditative walks alone---especially alone with God. And to my mind, nothing works more powerfully for self-improvement than humbly pondering on life and its meaning while enjoying a leisurely long walk, being aware that God is there walking beside you.

Deep thoughts rise to the surface when we walk and reflect. But they seldom linger and quickly melt into oblivion with time, often even after a few minutes. They may come back but usually not after a long while. So, it's best to blog about them right after the walk. .

Long walks offer a unique opportunity for self-reflection, allowing the mind to wander, process thoughts, and gain clarity. Pairing this experience with blogging amplifies the benefits by transforming fleeting realizations into concrete insights.
